The stock exchange game: regional features of judicial remedy

The article discusses the approaches to judicial protection of claims related to the so-called “exchange game” that have developed in different regions of Russia. Criteria are analyzed for classifying the relevant requirements as being subject to judicial protection, and regional approaches to providing judicial protection to the requirements of these transactions are identified by the example of an analysis of a specific case considered by the Perm Regional Court.
