A comparative analysis of modern domestic research in the field of philosophy of law and the achievements of foreign authors in the analytical philosophy and legal positivism has allowed us to systematize the main risks of replacing the rule of law by the game. We have attempted to trace the transformations of modern philosophy when interpreting the game nature of sociality. The article reveals the dialogical nature of social norms, the ontic and ontological levels of studying the game facet of the symbolic nature of social normativity.
