The simulation component in the politics and ideology of imperial Russia

Paper is devoted to the identification of a simulation component in politics and ideology of Russian in empire period. It is shown that a variety of imitation strategies are imposed on the social reality: "staging style" of life, symbolic engineering, mythology, ideological repression. The introduction of the principles of "visibility" into the mass consciousness occurred through pompous ceremonies and rituals. The l specificity indicates that the simulation strategy and tactics in the imperial period were manifested in the following invariants: a) the autocratic monarchy as a "fatherly care ", and b) simulation of progress on the European path, and c) indoctrination, and d) symbolic-ceremonial politics of autocracy, and e) presentation of the power through the formation of positive image.
