Simulation of the processes of larch forests restoration in the pyrogenic forest area with different intensity of undergrowth regeneration

The paper presents model scenarios of larch stand restoration in the pyrogenic area of the Bastak Reserve at different reproduction intensity, ranging from 120 to 920 units of undergrowth a year per hectare, according to empirical observations. As the main research tool it was used the previously developed individual-based model of the spatiotemporal dynamics of forests. The research shows that a change in the renewal intensity, within the range considered by the authors, does not significantly affect the larch trees restoration in the studied pyrogenic area of the forest.
