Recently, the requirements for maintaining the distance in places of mass gathering of people and high passenger traffic (buildings of railway and bus stations, airports, metro stations, transport stops, etc.) should provide the necessary throughput in conditions of uneven passenger flow associated with the transport schedule, and should bounding contact between people. The article discusses the modeling of passenger flow at the railway station using queuing systems. Simulation modeling performed using AnyLogic environment, considering movement of passengers with different degrees of intensity. The model introduced different initial values and allowed to distribute evenly the workload of the ticket offices in order to avoid emerging queues. A similar problem can be solved for other transport facilities.
