The article is devoted to the problems of perception and assimilation of the ideas of the immanent philosophy of the German thinker Wilhelm Schuppe (1836-1913), especially at the end of the 19th and at the beginning of the 20th centuries in Russia. The author turned to works of Schuppe himself (certainly only to some of his many works), and to those of Russian thinkers of the early 20th century who translated the ideas of immanent philosophy onto the Russian soil. Te present study outlines a whole range of influences experienced in the theory of cognition itself and the logic of immanent philosophy, as well as possible influences on Russian philosophical thought rendered by the reception of the philosophy of Schuppe. In the article, the author begins to analyze here, mainly, one work of Schuppe, his “Descriptions of the Theory of Knowledge and Logic”, and also turns to Wilhelm Frankl’s written reviews. In addition, the author relies on the judgments of a number of thinkers, both well-known and less well-known, who wrote about Schuppe’s philosophy. At the end of the article, a more or less complete bibliography on this issue is provided
