Immunity of a member of the Federation Council, a deputy of the State Duma, judges, assessors and officials of the tax authority and arbitrator (arbitrator)

The article deals with the issues of criminal law and procedural regulation of the Institute of immunity of a member of the Federation Council, a Deputy of the State Duma, judges, assessors and officials of the tax authority and arbitrator (an arbitrator); disclosed the concept of “judge,” “juror,” “the officials of the tax authority, arbitrator (the arbitrator)” are shown their relationship with each other. The article shows the difference from the witness immunity in relation to, for example, a defender or a clergyman, and draws attention to the fact that these persons have the witness privilege, which consists in the right of refusal to testify provided by law and, consequently, the impossibility of bringing to criminal responsibility for it.. Given all the above, the article focuses on certain procedural privileges, of course, taking into account the status of the above listed persons.
