In the work, a comparative assessment of the immune status of the indigenous inhabitants of Yugra (Khanty) and the alien population was carried out. The parameters of cellular and humoral immunity were studied in males who identify themselves with the Khanty ethnic group (28 people) and 27 males - people from among the newcomer population, migrants from the regions of central Russia, ethnic origin Russians, length of residence more than 5 years. The average age in the group of indigenous people is 26.5±5.4 years and 29.4±4.7 years, respectively, for the group of newcomers. A significant percentage and absolute decrease in the blood levels of T-lymphocytes, T-helpers, T-killers, as well as the concentration of class A immunoglobulin in relation to the corresponding indicators of persons from the newcomer population was found in indigenous people. It is believed that these changes are an adaptive phenomenon of the immune response of the indigenous inhabitants of the region.
