In recent years, extremely rapid development of animal immunogenetics has been observed. The direction of immunogenetics, which studies the polymorphism in blood groups stands out in this connection. It is relevant due to the need to study the genetic diversity of the breeds, and in particular the immunogenetic polymorphism. The study of genetic polymorphism has become one of the most important areas of both fundamental genetics and applied research. A number of developments in this area have been successfully used to improve the efficiency of selection of farm animals. In this regard, alleles of blood groups by 11 systems of loci, as well as the frequency of their occurrence were studied in the study. As a result of research of the herd of LLC "Yupiter", it was established that 50% of animals are carriers of antigens H ',FF, C ', G ', O 4,W, G 2, C 1 . In the studied herd, alleles that can be potentially genetic markers of high milk productivity in Black-and-White Holstein cows were found.
