Composition of immunoglobulines in biological fluids in cow-mothers and their calves

The authors have investigated a dynamics of content of immunoglobulins of G-, M- and A-isotypes in different biological fluids (blood serum, beestings, milk, nasal and lacrimal secrets) in cows of the Black-and-White breed at the lactation period and in calves from their birth to 2-month-old. The changes in immunoglobulin patterns in connection with age and physiological state of animals were revealed.
