The present work reports modeling of 63Ni based pulse radiation-induced power source. Modeling has been performed in LTspice IV system according to the structure chart of pulse radiation-induced power source that comprises inventor based on switched capacitors, pulse oscillator, and betavoltaic cell. Cell power is 3,6 mW for operating circuit in pulsed modes.
