Index of the perception of corruption: assessment of the methodology

In the article the methodology of calculation of Corruption Perceptions Index which is formed by the international organization Transparency International is critically analyzed. In this context recommendations about formation of conceptual and methodical bases of national system of assessment of the level of corruption as the universal standardized tools for carrying out systematic monitoring of anti-corruption activity in the Russian Federation are substantiated.
