Wages indexing as an instrument of the russian federation socio-economic development stimulation: methodical tools

The article discusses population incomes and wages in Russia, from the standpoint of their impact on economic growth and balanced socio-economic development. It is proved that stabilization and increase in incomes and wages can be considered as an effective tool to achieve national (strategic) socio-economic goals and the implementation of state economic policy in the face of crisis response. The authors, from economic and legal positions, studied the methodological tools for wage indexation in the Russian Federation, highlighted its features, conditions and boundaries of use. Recommendations areformulated to improve the regulation of socio-economic development based on the activation of the mechanism for indexing wages.
