Indication of oil pollution of spring by biological methods

The article briefly examines the problem of oil contamination of the underground and surface waters of the Yasyl River basin in the Kokui oil and gas field.The analysis of literary and fund materials is carried out. The microbial composition of a sample of water taken in one of the springs of the problem area was investigated. It has been established that, in the microbiocenosis, ecological-trophic groups of heterotrophic and oil-oxidizing microorganisms are represented in a significant amount. A field survey of the problem area was carried out. Samples of surface and groundwater, ground were selected. The laboratory studies of the samples and the data processing were carried out.
