Indicative planning as mechanism for lessening differences in levels of social and economic development of regions

The substantiation for restoring plan foundations in the economy of the Russian Federation and its constituent entities as well as for formation of alternative procedures for coordination of actions of the state and economic entities adequate to the market economy is given in the article. Administrative and normative methods of the state regulation are considered. Development of the grounds for the methodology and methods planning including normative and legal provision are offered.
