Indicative approach to the research of the regional system of crediting for the legal entities in the federal districts

The article considers traditional (institutional) and indicative approaches to assessment of the state and efficiency of the regional system of crediting for the legal entities in the federal districts. The authors analyze the current state of the regional bank systems of the Southern and Central federal districts and make some suggestions on the introduction of the indicative approach in the practices of the bank sector monitoring in the federal district.
