The article touches upon the problem of the level and quality of life of the population. The study of the level and quality of life of the population began in the 18th century. This problem was considered by many famous scientists, economists, and philosophers. Currently, we observe that from our country tend to go young talented people overseas, in Western countries, so there has to find a job. Why is this happening? Maybe the fact that some countries exceed Russia by quality of life?
