Psychosomatic status indicators in individuals with different motivations

The question of psychosomatic status of healthy individuals just recently have attracted the researchers’ attention. So it’s connected with problem of adequate indicators search for this mental formation. This article discusses differentiation (detailisation) of the the physical (bodily) self image and attribution of body to biological, social or intrapersonal constructs using projective techniques Homunculus (colouring of contoured man, developed by Anna V. Semenovich) and filling up of standardized questionnaire be G. V. Lozhkin and A. Yu. Rojdestvenskii. It is shown that women have a U-shaped curve of detailisation in body image, with peaks in subjects with achivement and failure avoidance motivation, and "failure" in women with "mixed" motivation (up the A. A. Rean test). Thus in the movement from motivation of failure avoidance to success motivation, the body is less perceived as a biological object, and more as part of the personality.
