The prediction algorithm has been developed on the basis of revealed informative clinical-and-roentgenological risk factors and laboratory parameters (Patents 2121689 and 2177619 RF), as well as RISK computer system has been designed for preoperative prediction of possible outcomes of treatment in patients with bone fracture consequences. Based on the prediction algorithm use the individual tactics of preoperative preparation and treatment of 132 patients has been realized, thereby allowing to increase the percentage of favorable outcomes, achieve tubular bone union in overwhelming majority of the patients operated and 2.4-fold reduce the percentage of failures comparing with traditional technologies of patients' management for transosseous osteosynthesis.
Non-united fractures, transosseous osteosynthesis, bone regeneration, prediction, pseudoarthroses
