Personal income taxation as a tool of the socially-focused tax policy

The author analyzes social and economic capabilities of the personal income tax in a tax policy of the Russian Federation and foreign practices, notes the important role of the tax in the revenue side of the state budget generation and in the personal income regulation, and offers the directions for reduction the social and economic disproportion of the population.
