Institutional capital of an individual in the innovative economy

The article describes how institutions influence implementation of individual abilities. In the innovative economy the intellectual capital is isolated from the total human capital, the local barrier of the former is an individual. The personal intellectual capital is imposed to the impact of individual (internal) and public (external) institutions. The desire of a person to compete and acquire new knowledge, the priority of a creative approach to activities serve as growth factors of personal institutional capital.
