Individual pension capital: action strategies

The article discusses aspects of individual pension capital (IPC) instead of the existing funded pension system of Russia. The authors correlate positive and negative sides of this stage of pension reform; make forecasts and recommendations; and make assumptions about the specifics of reactions to the IPC system by citizens with different pension strategies.
