The individual indicator of parenchymal-stromal ratio in tumor’s tissue as a factor of five-year survival in patients with invasive breast cancer

The paper considers new morphometric measure of the morphological heterogeneity of invasive breast cancer developed on the basis of the proportion of epithelial and stromal components of the tumor tissue. Designed dispersion index of structure tissue correlated significantly with the known integral morphological indices. It was shown the possibility of its use as an individual indicator of disease prognosis. When the value is less than 1,6, you can with a 95 % probability to predict the five-year survival rate of patients.
