An industrial park as a form of developing a territorial complex

There is a new fast-growing field in Russia – construction of industrial parks helping regions to attract investors and develop entrepreneurship and optimise business. It is in this sphere that the methods of mutually profitable cooperation of small and medium-sized companies and major businesses and the state are developed with the view of solving the trust issue. The article analyses the current state of the field. Though there are only few real industrial parks as a kind of clusters, the regional authorities aspire to account for 204 parks.
