Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis: Diagnostic, treatment, and prevention methods

Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis remains one of the most pressing challenges in industrial animal husbandry. Economic losses are associated with the mortality of young stock, decreased productivity, abortions, infertility, as well as significant costs for quarantine and treatment-and-prophylaxis measures. The aim of this article is to summarize and analyze modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and, most importantly, prevention of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis.
