Infiltrative tuberculosis in the conditions of the Ferghana valley

The increase in the number of cases of tuberculosis of the lungs of ITL, including in the Ferghana Valley around the world, makes it necessary to pay more attention to phthisiologists and other medical professionals to this problem. Compliance with conservative methods of treatment of patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis and the identification of risk groups for ITL is discussed only in the context of the global growth of ITL tuberculosis based on anamnestic data and negative X-ray dynamics against the background of chemotherapy and requires additional study. This article considers a group of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis without removal, who were evaluated using the coefficient of change in the main center for the chemotherapeutic onset of the risk of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis and the analysis of the X-ray picture of the disease after 2 months.
