Inflationary targetion is the major tool in establishment of stable development of economy of any country. To supervise a rate of inflation is extremely necessary, as extremely high rate of inflation leads to decreasing in all macroeconomic indicators of economy development, as well as to social intensity, and such economy becomes not attractive to investors.
