The article is devoted to the analysis of studies of domestic and foreign authors in the field of information in terms of its impact on human health and safety in various aspects of his life. It is emphasized that in the modern world, information flows are characterized by an information, energy component, as well as, in accordance with the theory of quantum entropy logic by Theodore van Howen, information flows have material properties.
