The necessary information to determine the signs of a crime during the production of the crime report check (for example, parts 5-7 of article 159 of the Criminal Code)

The article considers specific features of criminal law characteristics of fraud associated with deliberate failure to contractual obligations in the field of entrepreneurship. These features are important in the crime report check. The author analyzes the findings allowing to distinguish the considered type of fraud from other types of crimes as well as civil relations.
