Information security of advocate’s activity and advocate’s secret

Purpose: Research of the connection between the author’s concept «information security of advocate’s activity» and the concept of «advocate’s secret». Methodology: The authors applied formal legal method, comparative legal method and philosophical legal method. Results: The paper describes the connection between the author’s concept «information security of advocate’s activity» and the concept of «advocate’s secret» and concludes that an advocate during his activity must not only keep advocate’s secret but also provide information security. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value and has practical importance since it is one the first articles, dedicated to the detailed theoretical and practical research of such phenomenon as information security of advocate’s activity and its connection with the advocate’s secret.
