Informational openness as a principle of the state youth policy. The role of youth media

State informational resources today are sources of a large quantity of socially significant information, especially for young people. The principle of informational openness of the state power is a key criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of the informational support of the state youth policy. Youth media today contribute to the realization of this principle. The article considers the concept of «the information openness», the key elements of it, normative legal conditions and the role of youth media.
