Informative support for business processes management

The model for the analysis of the efficiency of processes in the quality system of an organisation based upon on the presentation of the system in the shape of an orientated chart is presented. The model and regimes of automated data processing got further development in the algorithm of program pack «ПМК - Master». The notions of resources transformation function and transformation efficiency coefficient are introduced; examples of the results analysis in application to the subject field under research are given.
