Information policy of the state under special conditions of globalisation

Бесплатный доступ

Theoretical reflection on the impact of globalization on state information policy has recently gained particular relevance. The text examines the concept, content and functions of such state policy direction as information policy, as well as the definition of special conditions for the state in the implementation of state information policy. The lack of a formulation of the concept of state information policy enshrined in normative documents indicates the need to understand and define the information system as a structural element of power in today's social, economic and political realities. The special conditions of globalization require an awareness of different not only technological, but also communicative practices. Thus, the new information policy of the state becomes a tool for the positioning of states in the global information space.
