Information policy of foreign states during the civil war in Siberia (Irkutsk,1918-1920)

The characteristic features of foreign countries information policy in Siberia during the Civil War are considered, they were: manipulation of public opinion and suppression of dissent. The World War I and then the Civil War were a turning point in the development of the information confrontation and the media were recognized as major partners in crisis situations.
