The paper deals with the creation the information system allowing on signals of satellite radio navigational systems to carry out monitoring of an ionosphere and to issue to consumers the correcting information for carrying out navigation definitions and organization of communication are considered. Sizes which measurements allow to eliminate the uncertainty arising at strong ionospheric disturbances are determined.
