Information system registry of the clinic using client-server technology

This review describes the implementation of an information system based on client-server technology. The task was "to create an application with a convenient user interface using which you can add, delete and edit data about patients, their care providers used the services. Infographic, Datalogic, and physical database models have been created. As a result, a web application was developed.
