The authors study the information and analytical activities of executive police units in the prevention and counteraction to terrorism. In the course of the study, the main directions of information and analytical activities of executive police units in countering terrorism are considered. Completing the research, a number of measures are proposed aimed at increasing the effectiveness of countering and preventing terrorism at the present stage of development of society.
