Information and communication models of management of investment activity of innovationally indignated industrial cluster structure

The article considers information models of investment activity management of innovationally oriented industrial cluster structures. Information models of investment decision making and investment management system construction using CASE-technologies are offered. Factors forming the values of controlling and disturbing influences on the investment management system of the above structure were investigated, recommendations for increasing the stability of the system functioning were given. As part of the scenario approach to assessing the processes of the functioning of the investment management system, external and internal factors affecting the parameters of the developed scenarios are revealed.
