Information and communication technologies in political marketing in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article considers the needs of the political system in the means of communication. The media have great opportunities to actively influence not only the citizens' perception of certain political phenomena and events, but also their relations to politics in general. The manipulative capacities of the Kyrgyz media are so great, and the ways and techniques of manipulation are so numerous and varied that this issue can not be left without attention. A distinctive feature of the relations between the authorities and the media that have developed in the political market of Kyrgyzstan is the direct participation of the media in numerous election campaigns that have become an integral part of the life of the Kyrgyz society today.
