Information-critical elements of the political structure as objects of manipulation through the Internet

The article introduces the concept of information-critical elements of the political structure as elements, the information impact on which through the Internet can cause maximum damage to the system. The authors give a list of these elements and describe how they are defined in a particular political structure; define the characteristics of the information manipulation effects on these elements.
