Information and methodical support of process of pre-trial debt recovery from debtors for a small businesses

This article describes the main approaches to the construction process of debt recovery and the problems of applying existing approaches to the process of pre-trial debt recovery from debtors in small businesses. The author suggested a form of the report about of the presence and movement of accounts receivable in the organization and built schematic diagram of the action Manager of the organiza-tion responsible for monitoring the timely payment of debts of debtors.
