Informational and political resources of parties in handling the problems of innovative development of Russia

The paper studies informational and communicative influence of party structures over various segments of society in crisis. The author carries out an analysis of contemporary political actors’ activity, searching for new advanced technologies, informational resources and intellectual assets for innovative development of Russia. Also, the author performs a comparison of some informational and analytical systems applied by political consultants in their practice.
