Information support of integrated logistics systems of industrial concerns on value-based approach

The article describes the possibilities of information support of the integratedlogistics systems of scientific and production concern (SPC). Infrastructure divisionof SPC for management purposes are presented in the form of integrated elementsof the logistics system. It is shown that information integration is needed to build asingle information space of logistics systems, which allows to provide the necessaryinformation for the provision of logistics services. It is proposed a conceptual modelof the SPC, as a complex controlled object, in the form of a three-dimensional modelconsisting of nested layers of information. It justifies the separation of intangiblecomponents of the material flow in the elements: information, financial, service. Itis revealed that the successful functioning of knowledge-intensive companies dependon innovation on the basis of the mechanism of integrated logistics information.It offers the use of a value-based approach to include the intangible components ofresource pool in the SPC valuation.
