The article makes suggestions on information support for planning the activities of tourist enterprises. It has been established that in tourism enterprises, the traditional internal management mechanism, as a rule, is concentrated in the places where various information arises, and still cannot be used to make appropriate decisions. It is proved that information can act as a basis for decision-making. With its help, all stages of management are carried out, and the connection between the subject and the object is realized. It was found out that for the effective functioning of the system of collecting and analyzing economic information, it is necessary to verify the data coming from information systems through the information audit mechanism. It was determined that by analyzing operational information in a timely manner, it is possible to influence changes in financial indicators when implementing the service plan. At the same time, the study of the information flow system of economic information in service activities made it possible to develop an effective management system for the service cycle of a tourist enterprise. It is established that the service activity of a tourist enterprise is determined by economic indicators that form an appropriate system. The qualitative selection of these indicators determines the depth of the analysis and the justification of the conclusions and measures based on the results of the analysis.
