Information support of modern global geopolitical world order

This article examines the information basis acting as a foundation of the new world order. It is proved that the use of modern information technologies allows to simulate certain social relations both within the country and at the international level. The author believes that the modern world is the result of actions of globalization subjects, which lead to geopolitical transformations.
