Information support of the management of the state real estate cadastre (land resource management)

The process of land management is inextricably linked with the process of their effective use as the main national wealth. The growing importance of this problem is caused by the fact that the state of the land is constantly deteriorating: the land is degrading, soil fertility is declining, negative processes are increasing, there is unacceptable pollution of the environment and the ecological crisis is increasing, and natural resources are being depleted. All this requires a radical change in attitude to the land, the adoption of decisive measures to stop negative processes. For effective land management and decision-making in the field of land relations management authorities and all subjects of land relations should be provided with reliable and timely information about the state of the land fund and the dynamics of its development, which will predict its development and make decisions that ensure rational use of land. Therefore, this article will deal with the topic of information support of the state real estate cadastre (land management).
