Informational and psychological security of Russia: current situation and trends

At the turn of the century, humanity witnessed fundamental transformations caused by the rapid increase in technology and the development of communication. In the modern high-tech world, there was a change in the role of information, when the revolution in information technology was "the starting point in analyzing the difficulties of becoming a new economy, society and culture." In a relatively short historical period, everything from the geopolitics of large nation states to the everyday life of ordinary people turned out to be placed in the information space and global networks.
