Information models of investigative situations and their resolutions in the investigation of transnational crimes

Бесплатный доступ

The investigation of transnational crimes is a complex process that requires scientific and practical support. One of the ways to reduce the complexity of an investigation is to use the modeling method and the use of models in the activities of investigators. These are both models of criminal situations and models representing the process of solving investigative problems. The article proposes a standard information model of a transnational criminal situation, as well as production models of “facts and actions when constructing rules for resolving investigative situations arising during the investigation of transnational crimes” and “a standard program for resolving transnational standard investigative situations”.
