Informational features of criminal activities under the conditions of forensic interpretation

The article deals with the conception of forensic interpretation. In order that some information about criminal act could acquire a status of evidence, it has to be transformed according to certain rules into the specific form that can be understandable for the participants of the criminal legal procedure. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a system of tactical guidelines for execution of investigation under the conditions of forensic interpretation, which would focus on the minimization of the evidentiary information loss.
