Information resources of the organization: databases of employee publications

The issues of forming a database of publications of employees of the organization are considered, the main sources of replenishment are given, as well as requirements for databases. The experience of BEN RAS in creating, introducing and maintaining a database of employee publications is described. New technological solutions make it necessary and urgent to improve this database, to include it in the services of the new version of the automated library information system (AIS) being developed based on the Koha open source platform. The directions of improving the database of employee publications are considered.
